Each night Shaun and his team perform the drama of bringing his exciting Italian menu to life. Fresh pasta and succulent local produce are the trade secret at Bucci. Exquisite cheeses from the Tablelands, seafood from the Great Barrier Reef, and fruit and vegetables from Port Douglas's hinterland are key ingredients in a broad, popular family-friendly menu.
After wide experience as a senior chef in Italian restaurants, most recently at Balé Resort in Port Douglas, Shaun joined Spencer Patrick at Bucci. Spencer, the executive chef and co-owner of Bucci and Harrisons, works closely with Shaun to ensure that Bucci offers the very best Italian cuisine in Port.
